I am a professor with 25 years of teaching experience in psychology and marketing.

Teaching Bio:

Zachary Estes (PhD, Princeton University) is Professor of Marketing, Director of Research for the Faculty of Management, and Co-Director of the Behavioural Research Lab at Bayes Business School, City University of London. He previously served on academic faculties in both psychology (University of Georgia, US; University of Warwick, UK) and marketing (Bocconi University, Italy), and he has been a visiting professor at Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands), Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria), and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Netherlands). His theoretical and applied research on cognition, emotion, and consumer behavior has been published in popular media worldwide, including BBC Radio, Scientific American, New Scientist, Harvard Business Review, NewsWeek, BusinessWeek, MarketingWeek, The Guardian, The New Yorker, and Forbes. He has consulted or collaborated with national and multinational companies and regulatory agencies across Europe, and he has served as expert witness on legal cases involving consumer behavior in several European nations. He is also the proud winner of teaching awards at the University of Warwick and at Bocconi University.
